Providing strategic people leadership with hands-on guidance and execution, I partner with you to design and implement scalable people and talent acquisition products and strategies tailored to your business needs; running culture audits, up-skilling your team's leadership capabilities, supercharging your internal comms / employer branding or DEI initiatives, or taking care of burning ER matters.

Thriving in building mode, I enjoy environments of ambiguity and making order out of chaos - making my skills particularly well suited to high growth and early stage startups, working closely with leaders, managers and existing People teams to deliver the best outcomes for the business and its people.

Team Coaching

Team coaching is the way forward when we're ready to unlock your team's potential, find collaboration sweet-spots and make teams more effective, self-aware and resilient.

Great teamwork can completely transform how we deliver business outcomes and it directly co-relates to the quality of those outcomes. It impacts how we work together, how we problem solve and how (and how much) we innovate, accelerating our individual and team potentials and delivering on the overall business goals and strategy.

As your team's coach, I'm honest and straight-forward, supportive and curious, unafraid to challenge or offer a different perspective and actionable feedback where helpful.

Examining drivers, beliefs, behaviours and feelings that may be holding the teams back, we'll work together to increase clarity of thinking, shift and reframe unhelpful ways of working and find new, better ways forward and drastically improve your team dynamics.

What I do

I started my career by co-founding a music start-up, doing all the jobs an early-stage business requires - assembling and growing teams, developing business plans, pitching to clients, working on products and marketing, and running the company day-to-day. With no formal training or access to mentoring or coaching, I learned by doing - experimenting, iterating, making (lots of) mistakes and learning as I went along.

After leaving the world of music and working in People roles for fast growing tech start-ups for over a decade, I'm now not only equipped with the entrepreneurial knowledge of how to start and run a company, but also have a valuable insight into how transformational an efficient operator, an invested manager, and a great leader/coach can be for the success of our business and the effectiveness of our teams.

I now combine this experience to support leaders, teams and organisations on all things people and leadership. My unique Operator + Entrepreneur + Coach blend makes my approach multifaceted, hands-on, pragmatic and flexible, always tailoring to your unique needs / circumstances and as a result, very effective.
