I work with a team of learning designers and facilitators to design and deliver meaningful leadership programmes via bespoke trainings and collaborative workshops, suited to the dynamics and current capabilities of your team.

With the objective to create alignment on the vital leadership topics - collaboration, communication, building trust, etc and enhance your leadership team's capabilities on essentials such as getting great at feedback, nailing your hiring + interviewing, managing for (high) performance, handling difficult conversations, etc.

These programmes are delivered in ways that suits you, the client - as fully immersive away-days / off-sites, or as small digestible training programmes over a period of a few months. Both can be delivered either online or in-person.

The workshops were brilliantly designed and facilitated with all the sessions going deep which was needed. There was good structure + flow over days, with the right environment to share and collaborate. We appreciated bonding, sharing, getting to know each other and working on better ways to communicate. I appreciated the depth of the sessions and the insights gained - there were a number of "A-ha!" moments, and as a group, we walked away not only understanding the topics tackled better, but also with a renewed understanding of ourselves and one another. The team offsite exceeded my expectations with my main takeaway being around trusting the process and the need to agree or disagree as one to make things work.
